Terms of Use

You need permission from your recipients.

You may not use WordFly to send unsolicited bulk email, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

You may only import lists of people who have given you permission to email them.

If a recipient requests to be removed from your list, you agree to remove that person from your list within 10 business days.

WordFly has a zero tolerance spam policy. Our customer support team actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of subscribers. Any customer found to be using WordFly for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product.

Your content must be non-offensive and you must have the rights to use it.

You must secure the rights to use all content that you distribute via WordFly.

You may not use WordFly to: Provide, sell or offer to sell the following products or content (or services related to the same): pornography or illicitly pornographic sexual products; escort services; illegal goods; illegal drugs; illegal drug contraband; pirated computer programs; instructions on how to assemble or otherwise make weapons of any kind.

You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act Requirements.

All email campaigns you send through our system must comply with all elements of the United States CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (for emails being sent within the United States or to recipients in the United States).

Every email must contain an Unsubscribe link. Those individuals who do not comply will be warned and WordFly may terminate the customer's account after repeat violations.

We have rights, too.

We reserve the right to review all customer content and accounts for violation of terms.

We reserve the right to shut down your account if your campaigns receive an unreasonable amount of spam/abuse complaints to protect the deliverability of email sent via our servers. You don't have to be a spammer to be reported for spamming. It doesn't matter if your email list is composed of your customers, or is 100% opt-in and legit. If you send email that looks like spam your own customers may report you for spamming.
