More WordFly Creative Tools

We’ve added a few new tools to make building beautiful emails even easier.

Save your brand colors and fonts

We’ve added a new page in the Account section to manage your branding. Just set up your brand colors and fonts on the new Editor Settings page and they’ll automatically appear in the Modern Editor.

Editor Settings. Colors close-up.

When working in the Modern Editor, you’ll see your color choices appear just below the color selector. This makes it much more convenient to find your branding colors for buttons, backgrounds, or any other design element where your brand colors are used regularly.

Modern Editor. Color selector.

Your font stack will appear at the top of the Font Family dropdown in all WordFly editors wherever you select a font, such as paragraph or headline styles. It will also load as the Base font style in new emails and pages.

Create new images outside of a campaign

Your feedback has guided us since we launched our Image Editor last year. The more we heard from you, the more we realized how handy and popular it had become for users. So, we decided to make it accessible from anywhere in WordFly.

Now, you don’t have to be in the campaign process to access Image Editor. Just go into the Design Library, click Media and Create New Image. From here you can upload a new image, browse your media library, use our collection of icons, or import your own.

Haven’t tried the Image Editor yet? It’s perfect for jobs like adding a “play” button, cropping, resizing, and adding text. You can even draw with our new drawing tool. Most users say they are surprised at just how fully featured it is compared to Photoshop and other editing tools. Give it a try!
